CIS Ontario Dance Fest 2025 - Showcase Performance Details

Thank you for submitting a school registration form. It indicated that your students will have a performance(s) for the CIS Ontario Dance Fest 2025 Showcase.

❗It is vitally important that you take a moment to SUBMIT your school showcase performance details so that CIS Ontario can organize this portion of the event appropriately.  

❗Please complete the form below no later than February --, 2025.

❗One form for EACH performance is required.

❗An .mp3 of your music file(s) must be SENT to Sandi Chasson, Showcase Coordinator, at schasson@cisontario.ca. Please send an attachment of the file or send a link where the file can be downloaded. All showcase music will be compiled into a show order playlist. 

CIS Ontario will do our best to accommodate all performance requests; however, time restrictions may result in limits to the number of dances per school. Our office will contact the faculty advisor if a dance cannot be included.
