At the intersection of leadership, well-being, and inclusion & belonging programming, we empower students (K-12) and educators alike to cultivate connection, resilience, and agency in all that they do.
The basic premise is that we each have a unique Captain and Poet inside that, in partnership, enable us to show up as our best, most authentic selves. This simple language immediately elevates self-awareness and self-leadership – the foundation of effective leadership in the classroom, on teams, and in life.
