Before filling out the form ensure that you have reviewed the benefits of each sponsorship level. To be considered as a CIS Ontario Sponsor, you will need to provide at least one referral from one of our member schools.  Returning sponsors are exempt.

CIS ONTARIO SPONSORSHIP AGREEMENT

By submitting this form, I agree to become a 2026–2027 sponsor at the level indicated above. I will pay the invoice, which will be issued by the CIS Ontario accounting department in a follow-up communication, no later than one month from the date of receipt.required

Sponsor Obligations & Content Guidelines

By entering into this Agreement, the Sponsor agrees to strictly adhere to CIS Ontario’s content submission standards. Failure to meet these guidelines may result in content rejection or publication delays.

  • Social Media Submissions: All requested social media reposts must tag @cisontario. Content must be strictly relevant to independent school educators and administrators. (e.g., General consumer promotions or non-member private school content will not be approved). CIS Ontario reserves the right to add introductory text to identify the post as sponsored content.
     
  • Article & News Formatting: All submitted articles or news stories must be fully formatted, proofread, and ready for publication upon submission.
     
  • Image Specifications: All submitted images must be appropriately cropped and pre-sized to our required specifications prior to submission. Raw or unedited photos will not be accepted.
  • Deadlines: All newsletter inclusions and event communications must be submitted prior to the stated deadlines provided by the CIS Ontario Sponsorship Coordinator.

Terms and Conditions

Term and Termination
This Agreement is valid for the 2026–2027 academic season, explicitly running from September 1, 2026, to August 31, 2027. CIS Ontario reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time if the Sponsor violates the terms, misrepresents CIS Ontario, or engages in conduct detrimental to the Organization’s member schools.

Payment Terms
Invoices will be issued upon receipt of this signed Agreement. Payment is due in full within 30 days of the invoice date. Sponsorship benefits will not commence until full payment is received.

Intellectual Property
The Sponsor grants CIS Ontario a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Sponsor’s provided logos, trademarks, and content solely for the promotional purposes outlined in the selected sponsorship tier.

Liability and Indemnification
The Sponsor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless CIS Ontario, its staff, and its member schools from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of the Sponsor’s products, services, or submitted promotional materials.


 

The name specified above in 'Individual with Authority to Bind the Organization' has the authority to bind the organization and agrees to the terms of sponsorship and to paying the corresponding invoice. required

 

 

PAYMENT DETAILS

All Sponsors will be invoiced within 30 days.
 
CIS Ontario strongly encourages you to submit payment via electronic funds transfer. The payment details will be included on the invoice. Payment MUST be made no later than 30 days from receipt.
 
The sponsorship commitment begins September 1, 2026, and ends August 31, 2027. Sponsors will be accepted throughout the year; however, please be advised that prorated fees will not be applied. You are encouraged to register by August 31, 2026, to take advantage of the full-year exposure. Please be advised that cancellations will only be accepted until September 30, 2026.
