  • Tradeshow Opportunity: Two company representatives are invited to participate in the Cocktail Mixer Tradeshow from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. A 6-foot table and two chairs will be provided. Representatives are also invited to attend the dinner served immediately following the tradeshow.
  • Speaking Opportunity: Company representatives can capture attention with a short 2–4 minute introduction preceding the keynote address. The scheduling and availability will be finalized with the complete agenda.

As a Principal Sponsor, you can add optional in-person events to your package for $1500.00 per event. The cost includes meals for up to two delegates, giving you a great chance to connect with attendees face-to-face.

CIS ONTARIO SPONSORSHIP AGREEMENT

By submitting this form, I agree to become a 2025–2026 sponsor at the level indicated above. I will pay the invoice, which will be issued by the CIS Ontario accounting department in a follow-up communication, no later than one month from the date of receipt.required

In exchange for the benefits to be provided by The Conference of Independent Schools of Ontario (CIS Ontario) to the above-noted CIS Ontario Sponsor, the Sponsor will agree as follows: PLEASE ENSURE YOU READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY.required

Terms of Sponsorship

  • Services and products should interest CIS Ontario member schools and families exploring the independent education option. Sponsorship is not intended for other schools, therapeutic programs, wilderness programs, day schools, summer camps, or academic programs.
  • The Sponsor will not suggest or imply, in any written or oral communication, that CIS Ontario has endorsed any of its products or services, or use the CIS Ontario name or logo in any form.
  • When communicating with CIS Ontario member schools, the Sponsor will speak accurately and comprehensively about the strengths of its own products and services, and not allege weakness in competitor products and services.
  • CIS Ontario reserves the right to revoke the Sponsor's corporate subscription if it violates any of the above agreements or if CIS Ontario deems the Sponsor's business to be discriminatory or inappropriate to the interests of its membership.
  • If the Sponsor's corporate subscription is dropped for any reason, the Sponsor will not receive a refund on the balance of its current-year subscription fee.
  • CIS Ontario has the final review and right to edit any copy submitted to the Association for posting on its website, newsletters or other communications.
  • The Sponsor will provide a written or electronic reference from at least one member school. Current Sponsors or businesses/organizations working with CIS Ontario do not need to resubmit a reference.
The name specified above in 'Individual with Authority to Bind the Organization' has the authority to bind the organization and agrees to the terms of sponsorship and to paying the corresponding invoice. required

 


 

PAYMENT DETAILS

All Sponsors will be invoiced within 30 days.
 
CIS Ontario strongly encourages you to submit payment via electronic funds transfer. The payment details will be included on the invoice. Payment MUST be made no later than 30 days from receipt.
 
The sponsorship commitment begins September 1, 2025, and ends August 31, 2026. Sponsors will be accepted throughout the year; however, please be advised that prorated fees will not be applied. You are encouraged to register by August 31, 2025, to take advantage of the full-year exposure. Please be advised that cancellations will only be accepted until September 30, 2025.
