Cancellation Policy

All registration numbers submitted for the Conference of Independent Schools Music Festival (CISMF) 2026 are subject to a firm cancellation deadline (February 1, 2026). Once the registration window has closed, these numbers will be considered final and will be billed directly to the school prior to CISMF 2026. No refunds or credits will be issued for student withdrawals or reductions in group size after this date, as financial commitments for venues, clinicians, and resources are made based on these final tallies.
