Curriculum Leaders’ Network
The CIS Ontario Curriculum Leaders' Network connects academic leaders responsible for overseeing curriculum and staying abreast of Ministry of Education requirements. This Network gathers in-person, two to three times a year, at a host school where curriculum leaders enjoy engaging days of learning, collaboration and collegiality. Curriculum leaders are also invited to join our Instructional Coaching Community of Practice community.

Coaching Community of Practice
Our Instructional Coaching Community of Practice community is led by Mary Gauthier, Greenwood College School.
Membership is open to all teachers and educators interested in learning more about Instructional Coaching and developing coaching practice.
WHY COACHING NOW?
As we all work to navigate a year of uncertainty, rather than look at coaching as an “add on”, consider coaching as a way to have deep listening conversations that will help all of us see a path forward — a way to value our resourceful past and focus on solutions.
In our monthly one-hour Zoom sessions we will:
- Collaborate with all members to develop our wants and needs
- Define coaching skills
- Practice coaching
- Share resources
- Periodically invite Coaching Experts to offer additional training sessions
2021-22 dates
All sessions are on Thursdays from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m.
- October 14, 2021
- November 25, 2021
- January 13, 2022
- February 24, 2022

Members of the Curriculum Leaders' Network can find a repository of Coaching Community of Practice resources on their private Curriculum Leaders' Network Resource Hub.
