Anchored by the annual two-day Assistant to the Head of School Retreat each spring, this network provides opportunities for members to connect, collaborate, and engage in professional learning focused on the evolving demands of the role.
Through discussions and workshops, participants explore topics such as organizational leadership, communication strategies, emerging productivity tools, and approaches to well-being and resilience in high-responsibility environments.
