1. CIS Ontario Cancellation Policy Compliance
You acknowledge that your school's registration, and the confirmed numbers, will be subject to the official CIS Ontario Cancellation Policy for student events.

Any subsequent withdrawals, reductions in attendance numbers, or full cancellations after the registration deadline will incur fees as detailed in the policy. You understand that your school will be financially responsible for fees arising from cancellations, regardless of the reason for withdrawal.

Please ensure you have reviewed your attendance numbers and are aware of the CIS Ontario Cancellation Policy before submitting your registration.

2. Participant Lists
Please note, participant lists that include contact details may be shared with other participants and/or vendors if there was a sponsorship component for the event.

3. Refund Policy
Refunds may be granted based on the association's cancellation policy. A processing fee may apply. Cancellations should be emailed to the attention of Jeremy Barr (jbarr@cisontario.ca). Weather-related refunds will not be granted.
