Leadership Lab

Join us to grow as a leader and make a lasting impact in your school!

We are excited to announce the CIS Ontario Leadership Lab, a year-long professional development program for the 2024–2025 school year. Building on the success of Cohort 21, the Leadership Lab is open to any CIS Ontario member school educators who wish to learn, develop, design, and implement essential skills and practices to excel as leaders. A key focus of the program will be on sustainable leadership. This program is built with intention and is for educators who want to be transformative leaders in their classrooms, departments, divisions, or schools.

Any CIS Ontario educator at any level is welcome to participate. 

Outcomes:

  • Expand understanding of educational leadership
  • Enhance your leadership identity and competencies
  • Build new skills, mindsets and approaches to help you lead yourself and others
  • Strengthen and grow your professional network within Ontario

Register for the Leadership Lab

Registration for the CIS Ontario Leadership Lab requires prior approval by your school for the 2024–2025 academic year. The cost of this professional development is $995 per participant, which CIS Ontario will bill directly to each school in October 2024.
