The 2025 Fall Heads' Network Meeting and CIS Ontario Annual General Meeting will be held on Tuesday, December 2, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. The location is the BLG offices at the Bay Adelaide Centre.
- Coffee & Arrivals: 8:45 am. – 9:15 a.m.
- CIS Ontario AGM: 9:15 a.m. – 9:45 a.m.
- Heads' Network Fall Meeting: 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
- Lunch: 1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m.
