Cohort 21: Leadership Lab

For aspiring leaders ready to explore, define, and grow their leadership identity

Distinct from the Design Lab, the Leadership Lab offers a deeply reflective and facilitated year-long journey into the development of leadership capacity, identity, and mindset. It’s designed for educators who may not hold a formal leadership title—but who feel the pull to lead, influence, and grow.

Facilitated by experienced leaders from across the CIS Ontario network, this Lab offers multiple entry points into the leadership conversation. Through guided exploration, personalized mentorship, and a rich toolkit of strategies and supports, participants walk away feeling grounded, inspired, and activated for what comes next.

Any CIS Ontario educator at any level is welcome to participate.
