Coaching Community of Practice
Welcome to the CIS Ontario Coaching Community of Practice. We are a group of educators passionate about advancing coaching in our member schools to further the professional growth of all educators and staff. We invite all CIS Ontario members to join regardless of experience or previous participation. In previous years we focussed on:
- Developing the Leader Within
- Developing the Coaching Mindset: Transformative and Collaborative Conversations.
- Teacher Growth and Instructional Coaching
2024–2025: Exploring the Parts of the Coaching Conversation
In 2024–2025, we plan to explore the parts of the coaching conversation and examine powerful questions, authentic listening, and the words we use. We are also planning an in-person event in the fall.
