Event Registration Cancellation Policy

At CIS Ontario, we understand that circumstances may arise requiring the cancellation of your event registration. To ensure clarity and transparency, please review our cancellation policy below.

All cancellation requests must be submitted via email to Jeremy Barr, Event Manager, at jbarr@cisontario.ca. For cancellations made 45 days or more before the event, you will receive a 100% refund of your registration fee. If you cancel between 30 to 44 days before the event, a 50% refund will be issued. Unfortunately, cancellations made 15 days or less before the event are not eligible for a refund.

To initiate a cancellation, email Jeremy Barr at jbarr@cisontario.ca with your full name, event name, and the reason for cancellation. You will receive a confirmation email acknowledging your cancellation request, including the details of any applicable refund based on the above schedule. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving your cancellation request. If you do not receive a confirmation email within five business days of submitting your request, please follow up with Jeremy Barr to ensure it has been received.
