BLG Legal & Practical Working Session

Progressive Discipline and Suspensions in Independent Schools – Part 2

Join us on February 20, 2026, at the BLG offices in Toronto, from 9 AM to 2 PM, for

Progressive Discipline & Suspensions in Independent Schools – Part II – Investigations, Consistency, and High-Risk Decision-Making.

This session builds directly on the legal foundations explored in Part I and shifts the focus squarely to investigations. This highly practical, in-person working session is designed for independent school leaders who are responsible for managing student misconduct that may lead to suspension or expulsion -- and who need a defensible, consistent, and well-documented process across grades and divisions.

Before filling out the form, please ensure that you have already attended Progressive Discipline & Suspensions in Independent Schools – Part I on November 28, 2025 or January 16, 2026.
