CANCELLATION POLICY
CIS Ontario reserves the right to cancel an event if there is insufficient enrollment. In this unlikely situation, participants will be notified well in advance of the event and given a full refund. CIS Ontario, however, cannot be responsible for any financial obligation incurred by participants because of travel cancellations.

REFUND POLICY
Refunds will be granted in full, four weeks prior to the event. A $50.00 processing fee will apply. Cancellations should be emailed to the attention of Sheri Little (slittle@cisontario.ca). If cancelling within the four week period a partial refund may be issued at the discretion of CIS Ontario. Individual weather-related refunds will not be granted. In the case of extreme weather or circumstances, the event will be cancelled or rescheduled to another date. Participant substitutions are welcome at our events. If a registered participant is unable to attend, please notify Sheri Little with the name of the participant who will attend as a substitute.

Please note, participant lists that include contact details will be shared with other participants of the event and this may include vendors if there is a sponsorship component.
