JK - Gr. 8 Supply Teachers 

The Rosedale Day School is currently seeking JK - Grade 8 Supply Teachers in all subject areas, particularly Math and Science. This opportunity will provide experience in a collaborative teaching environment that consists of small classes, a strong and supportive staff and school culture, and a connected community. 

Established in 1995 and located in the heart of downtown Toronto, The Rosedale Day School (RDS) is an independent, co-educational school from Junior Kindergarten to Grade 8. Qualifications: 

• A Bachelor of Education Degree; 
• An Teaching Certificate / OCT Membership in good standing; 
• A proven ability to have a caring rapport with students; 
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills;
• Previous Independent School experience is considered an asset.
• Distinguished Attributes and “DNA” of a Successful Candidate: 
• Flexible and adaptable educator who enjoys working in a fast-paced and engaging environment. 
• Working knowledge and classroom experience with Google Apps for Education, Hapara, and Seesaw apps would be an asset.
