About This Leadership Role:

HTS has an exciting opportunity for an Executive Director, Admissions and Enrolment Management to join our team.

The Executive Director of Admissions and Enrolment Management is an inspiring leader and strategic thinker who develops and drives the Enrolment Management strategies for the Richmond Hill  Campus, with an opportunity to provide significant impact in the development and launch of the new Global Online Campus. A key member of the senior leadership team, this leader has strengths 

  • Producing long-term optimal and sustainable enrolment models;

  • Employs marketing and community building approaches needed to position HTS globally as an educational leader;

  • Leads with a commitment to inclusion and embraces diversity to strengthen our community of learners;

  • Brings a skillset that leverages forward-thinking recruitment and marketing strategies to advance the school’s goals;

  • Strong knowledge of risk assessment and risk mitigation;

  • Developing programs and professional learning opportunities for staff and students to support recruitment and retention goals;

  • A community builder and strong communication skills;

  • A leader with a vision for education and schools that is future-focused;  

  • Works collaboratively with leaders across the school to build sound strong models that will support HTS’s goals well into the future.

The HTS Learning Network is robust and dynamic, encompassing two exceptional campuses, HTS Richmond Hill and HTS Online, that provide rich learning experiences for diverse learners in various modalities. The incumbent will also play a key role in long and short-term strategic decision-making, participating as a member of the Senior Leadership Team that is committed to developing a global learning ecosystem that transforms the lives of learners.

What You Need:

We are inviting candidates with the following qualifications to apply:

  • University degree in a relevant field (e.g. education or marketing),  and several years of progressively responsible and relevant experience;

  • 10 years of management experience; a strong leader; well-defined sense of diplomacy, including solid negotiation, conflict resolution, and people management skills;

  • Significant experience developing and leading a successful admissions strategy; 

  • Ability to create and/or enhance a school’s admissions principles, policies and programs;

  • Demonstrated ability with effective leading-edge Marketing and Sales techniques, with an ability to open and close, relationship-based projects and files;

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and use tact and diplomacy in dealing with candidates, students, parents, staff, faculty, board members, and alumni.
