About This Staff Role


HTS has an exciting opportunity for a Development Data Coordinator to join our team.


As a key member of the Office of Community Relations and Development team, the Development Data Coordinator is responsible for managing the system data to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the databases and maintaining data input and output. Responsibilities include ensuring that the databases effectively captures all constituent data including alumni, community and donor information and generates accurate financial and analytical reports.


We are inviting candidates with the following qualifications to apply:


  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in Information Systems Management, Database Application or similar field;

  • Minimum 2 years experience using Raiser’s Edge, Salsa or equivalent database;

  • Knowledge of Raiser’s Edge, Salsa or equivalent database;

  • Experience in an independent school or education sector an asset;

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with high attention to detail;

  • Demonstrated understanding and commitment to excellence in internal client service;

  • Highly developed problem-solving skills;

  • Thrives on working in a fast pace environment where flexibility and adaptability is required;

  • Willingness to be innovative and create efficiencies in current processes and procedures;

  • Great analytical, organizational and people skills.
