Guidance Additional Qualifications

Experience: 3 + years’ experience working in an intermediate/ senior academic environment

Experience in an Independent School (asset)

Experience with all-girls education (asset)

Experience in a Not-for-Profit setting

Computer Skills: Mac, Google, Microsoft Office

Working Conditions: School/Office Environment

Note: This role may be combined with another part-time role based on the qualifications and experience of the successful candidate

Role Overview

St. Mildred’s-Lightbourn School has a one year opening for a Senior School University Guidance Coordinator (50%). The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the Head of Senior School and University Guidance Counsellor to support with administrative/coordination tasks to ensure success in the University Guidance program in the Senior School. The role will be responsible for scheduling, planning, logistics, and informational updates to parents and students.

The successful candidate is enthusiastic, organized, and proactive, who communicates with ease and confidence. You work collaboratively with others, prioritize tasks well, demonstrate initiative, and bring a strong work ethic to ensure that tasks are completely on time and with quality.
