CIS Ontario serves and supports its members, advancing and maintaining a strong voice for quality independent school education and emerging issues in pedagogy, as well as acting as a gateway for collaborative efforts among our member schools.

Professional Network Groups
Dedicated teams of like-minded colleagues gather during the year to share strategy and support. They include heads of school, business officers, librarians, IT directors, executive assistants, subject-specific teachers and curriculum leaders.

CIS Ontario (The Conference of Independent Schools of Ontario) provides a collegial forum to promote excellence in education among our 47 member independent schools and their 27,000 students.
