Each participant is required to submit a registration form. Schools will be billed proceeding the event and group discounts will be applied at that time if applicable.

Cancellation Policy
CIS Ontario reserves the right to cancel an event if there is insufficient enrollment. In this unlikely situation, participants will be notified in advance of the event and given a full refund, if a fee was charged. CIS Ontario, however, cannot be responsible for any additional financial obligations that the participant may incur because of the cancellation.

Participant Lists
Please note, participant lists that include contact details will be shared with other participants of the event and this may include organizations/vendors if there is a sponsorship component.

Refund Policy
Refunds will be granted in full, three weeks prior to the event, assuming you cannot find a replacement participant within your institution. A $50.00 processing fee will apply. Cancellations should be emailed to the attention of Sheri Little ( If cancelling within the three week period a refund will be at the Association’s discretion.
