In the spirit of respecting and celebrating one another’s differences, Crescent School recently developed its 2021–2022 Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging (DIB) Action Plan. It builds upon a six-month plan launched in 2020–2021. The process was facilitated by Dr. Joseph D. Nelson, a Senior Research Fellow with the School Participatory Action Research Collaborative (SPARC) at the University of Pennsylvania and Assistant Professor of Educational Studies at Swarthmore College.
