We were excited to host the Language Teachers' Network annual Meet & Greet on Friday, April 26, 2024, at Bayview Glen. French, Modern, International, and Classic Languages teachers from JK to Grade 12 gathered for a day of networking and professional development for CIS Ontario member schools.
Keynote speaker Parthena Draggett, a renowned language educator, author, and consultant, delivered an inspiring presentation on "Empowering, Inspiring, and Motivating Students on the Path to Increased Proficiency." The event featured breakout sessions by CIS Ontario teachers and exhibitions by CASLT, OMLTA, and leading publishers like Oxford University Press and RK Publishing, showcasing the latest language textbooks and resources.
