Kicking Off Cohort 21 Season 14 with Energy, Insight & Purpose

Cohort 21 Season 14 participants, coaches, and facilitators kicked off the season on Saturday, October 4, 2025, with beautiful weather and abundant energy. Whether embarking on a leadership journey or exploring a problem of practice through design, our first face-to-face gathering was a powerful reminder of the impact of community and purpose-driven professional learning.

We are filled with gratitude for the energy and engagement at our first face-to-face session and are still feeling the lift from a day of rich learning, connection, and reflection. Together, we built a community and an ecosystem of learning. Our hope is that participants have found moments within their day-to-day to pause, reflect, and consider new perspectives.

If this first gathering was the foundation on which to build and grow, then we are beyond excited for the journey ahead.
