The first CITE in-person conference in three years will take place at Appleby College in Oakville, on Saturday, April 22nd and promises to be a day of compelling conversation, workshops, and opportunities for renewing real connections between CIS Ontario colleagues.

We are pleased to announce that our keynote speaker at this year’s CITE Conference will be Chelsea Vowel! A prominent Metis author and speaker, Chelsea’s recent work, Buffalo is the New Buffalo, has been described as “Metis Futurism.” The focus of the conference is looking at the future through “rose coloured glasses”, with joyous speculation, and we are excited to hear Chelsea’s insights into this topic.
