CIS Ontario Strategic Directions – for 2024 and beyond
  • Announcements

Dear CIS Ontario community, sponsors and friends,

The association is excited to unveil the refreshed version of our strategy - CIS Ontario Strategic Directions – for 2024 and beyond. The process included incorporating valuable feedback from the Heads of School as we created a dynamic roadmap to guide us in the years ahead. This plan aims to provide a framework for innovation and sustainable growth while fostering adaptability in a constantly changing landscape.

Our refreshed strategy introduces a new dimension, the incorporation of the core value of belonging into the fabric of our organization. This change signals a heightened focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion principles and practices, which are woven into the framework of several updated strategic priorities. We acknowledge that our member schools are also engaged in similar initiatives, and we are eager to make meaningful progress collectively in these crucial areas.

We would like to invite you to explore the pages of CIS Ontario Strategic Directions where each section highlights a strategic priority that is fundamental to our success. These priorities represent our shared commitment to leadership and excellence in independent education in Ontario, continuous improvement, and a dynamic response to the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead. We look forward to sharing our collective progress and to hearing from our member schools about your key strategic achievements.

CIS Ontario is grateful to all our member schools and constituents for their ongoing support. The Board and leadership team are excited to implement our renewed strategic plan and work together toward achieving our association goals.

Sincerely,

Sarah Craig
